You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. Provide accurate information and promptly update it.
3. Licensing
Courses are licensed for individual use unless you purchase team licenses. You may not resell, share, or publicly distribute course content without written permission.
4. Payments & refunds
Prices are listed in USD. Refunds: within 14 days if less than 30% of lessons have been viewed. Taxes may apply depending on your location.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the services to infringe rights, attack security, or harass others. Automated scraping of course content is prohibited.
6. Intellectual property
Funnelcraft Studio owns all rights to course materials, trademarks, and documentation. Limited, non-transferable license is granted per purchase.
7. Disclaimers
Courses are for educational purposes. We do not guarantee specific financial, medical, or legal outcomes. Practice and context affect results.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to amounts you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted at funnelcraft.bond/terms.html with a new “Last updated” date.
